| Online DOC Reporting for the Dealership Group
Nothing changes if results are not seen daily. Once a month is not enough.
Daily DOC Reporting to all managers like you have never seen..
| - You can have Daily Operating Controls with forecasts and pacefor as little as $99 per month per store! Know daily, for all stores, what the bottom line will be at the end of the month if managers keep doing what they are doing. All you need to know about each department for 1 to 2,500 stores is presented online securely every morning!
- Profits grow when managers see their results of operations daily and those of other managers in the group. There are 3 different DOCs online. One for the front-end, one for fixed operations and one for the total store. There is an Excel type workbook housing each of these DOCs online with a page for each store. For example, a service manager can see not only his page but all store's pages in the Fixed Operations DOC workbook. This is very motivating. Similarly sales managers and F&I managers share the front-end DOC and General Managers share the total store DOC.
- The General Ledger data is pulled out of the dealership's DMS each morning. Sales log counts from each store are emailed or faxed in. That's all we need! I currently extract data from ADP, Arkona (DealerTrack), Reynolds & Reynolds, ARG, and InfinitiNet. Any system should be no problem with a little work.
